My Door is crooked, what is wrong?

The Cable may be broken or the Door has come off its Track.

Where do I get Weather Stripping or Door Seals?

I have never serviced my Garage Door. Why start now?

Why is my Garage Door running so loudly?

It is definitely due for a service! Check for obvious signs of restricted door movement and call A1 Garage Doors!

I’m locked outside and can’t get the Garage Door open!

You will need to call a lock smith to get you into the House. Check there is not a general Electricity outage. Replace the Batteries in your Remote. Call A1 Garage Doors for further problem solving.


Q.

There are two Springs on my Garage Door. Do I need to replace both?

Definitely. If one Spring has broken, the other is about to fail. A1 Garage Doors highly recommend replacing all Springs at the same time.

Recently I had my door adjusted. Now the Door stops an inch from the ground.

This is a sign that the Motor is getting old and needs replacement. As mechanical equipment gets old, it becomes less accurate and reliable.

I lost my remote, where do I get a new one.

A.

A1 Garage Doors can supply you a new remote. We can also come out to your home and program the new remote to get it working for you.

The Garage Door won't close. The Light is just flashing.

Something is possibly blocking the Sensor or the alignment is out of place. We may need to adjust the sensor sensitivity.
